Burt Munro’s 1920 Indian Scout
This is the 1920 Indian Scout constructed and driven by Burt Munro. Jay Leno on editorial. Three circumstances amid the ’60’s it set the World’s quickest flying mile record for bikes under 1000cc at the Bonneville Salt Flats. This is not the generation utilized as a part of “The World’s Fastest Indian” featuring Anthony Hopkins, yet the genuine bicycle that set the record. Luckily this is the second year of the Concours d’Elegance to highlight bikes on the green. This year they included the salt level racers and their commitment to Hot Rodding. I was extremely fortunate to see and hear this astonishing bit of history.
